Well, I finally saw the movie Equillibrium this weekend, and I was pretty impressed. Sure, it's low budget, but the cast was quite good and the cinematography was really good. The small budget reflected in the poor ADR and lack of special effects. The story was a little derivative and even more predictable. The ending was too abrupt for my taste. All that aside, I enjoyed the gunfights. And seeing Patrick Bateman kick more ass.
My birthday was on Thursday, and man am I getting old. I went out to dinner with my parents and Les, we drank wine. I came home, got online and played Literati on yahoo and drank more wine. I smoked a bowl and drank more wine. Then I went to bed and Les gave me a really sweet Birthday present.
Ok, so it was a chill night, which is totally unlike me on my past birthdays, but I'm still rockin where it counts!
