My son was in the ER last night. He might have an appendicitis. I chose to not have the CT scan and am waiting it out a little. I have gotten shit for this decision, but I don't like the allergy possibility with the CT dye they wanted to give him. If he just has a stomach bug it is a pointless risk and if it is his appendix it will get worse and we'll know it. After the fluids and hours and hours we spent in the hospital waiting he seemed better so I just didn't want to put him through more BS if he didn't need it.
