A 14 day set for a 5 day long show. At what point can you start calling it ground hogs day? Although I can't help but to think, what it would be like to do a few photo shoots on this show. The construction expo screams, come play on our big tonk a toys. However I think I would lose the client if I did.

Had my Nikon D700 stolen back in March of 2010. Just replaced it with a D3s. Like it a lot better but not the size. A little rough through airports. I am temped to get a Nikon P7000 as a PnS for quick trips I don't want ot bring the pelican case.
With a lot of new changes in my life, and some new awesome influences, I wanted to move one of my arts to the front burner. I have had this new Mac for 3 weeks. So why am I still carrying 3 portable hard drives? I really need to consolidate all my files. Not to mention how unhealthy it is to have photos from my master library on 4 different hard drives.
Yeah! I am finally back on a MAC. Only 2 more PC's left to weed out of the office and home. Can't wait!!!

Looks like I am transplanting to Las Vegas for a few months. Good for work, bad for social life. I tend to avoid the strip, but can anyone recommend some knight life and some good photography spot in Vegas? Going to see if I can squeeze in some rock climbing at red rocks, but might be a cold one.

On the plus side of life, things have kept me very busy as of late. Spent 2 weeks in Baltimore, just got back from a 2 week trip to DC and I am headed back to DC for an corporate event I have been doing for the last 5 years. The International Spa Association. What a relaxing show!

Setting up a show in Baltimore. First time I was informed by building management that you cannot dim or turn off any lights in the building at any time. Awesome. Wish I knew that before designing a lighting rig.
I am not saying I am a big Starbucks fan. I will take a corner coffee house over Starbucks any day. But the closest coffee to the job site is 1.3 miles. How in the hell am I going to get my hourly fix. I knew I should have packed some instant.
Sitting at the airport once again. Heading to Baltimore and decided it was time to bring my camera. Been to Baltimore before but never had the chance to shoot there. Should be fun.

Heading to New Orleans this weekend. Had a client who has just picked up CCP and White Wolf as a client, and asked me to join her why she scopes things out. Not sure if the ICC show about vampire LARPers is the best way to get a grip on White Wolf. But hey, free trip.
