I broke my plateaus by having a regular day with a meal of complete crap - usually a nice, greasy cheeseburger and fries. Also kept me on my diet because I knew my treat was coming.

I practically live at Ricky's now.

it sucks living out of an overnight bag though.
I keep my toothbrush there and some floss but that's it.
