HELLO ALL!
major update time.
Im not really sure where i left off in my life but I am still with Rick and things are going well.
He finally found another job and is starting today as a forklift operator.
This is good for a couple of different reasons: more money all around and I get to get back to training 6 days a week.He starts a 7 every morning so he's out the door at 630 so that means i am too.
my training is going well.
I switch off on different cardio equipment every day and do interval training.
i have gone from walking on the treadmill at 2.5 /hr to a walk/job combo of 3.6- 5.3 m/hr
it may not seem like much to people but to me its amazing how much my endurance has improved.
my body fat has dramatically improved as well... ive lost 8 per cent in 7 months.
im about to change my hair colour.. i miss blonde....for now..lol
oh and thanks american idol more putting jlo back on the scene..
*heard this in footlocker the other day when i was buying my new asics.... which btw are awesome*
k what else do you guys wanna know.
Oh and i miss my pedroNZ. he's killing it with his training... xo

I have an awesome pair of Asics too... but I've almost worn them out in under 6 months... boo.
