So im at a point where i feel like im not getting anymore results...

urgh why did it happen this soon??

I work out 5 days a week and I try to watch what i eat.
Sure i cheat sometime but if i didnt I;d go crazy...

It's hard for me to get the right red on my weight because everytime someone weighs me its different.
Between ME, my trainer and my nutrtionist the weight fluctuates by like 5 pounds...

Sometime when i weigh myself the scale ( its digital) wont settle on a number. it just goes up then down then up then down..

I feel like homer Simpson.
I prolly look like him too.
