So, I added some pictures of me and Scott LAAAATE last night (around 3:30 a.m. I believe?) to my yesterday's journal entry. I put them up again, they're at the end of this entry, so as to not fool people into thinking I didn't update. He's quite sweet, adorable, and intelligent.... he has a sarcastic sense of humor to match mine, maybe even worse, if that's possible... We watched "Requium for a Dream" when he came over last night, and WOW that movie was freaky. I couldn't even imagine playing a character in that movie, let alone actually being someone in any of their positions. It was so freaky, but my god was that ever a fucking awesome movie. Going onto MY favorites list.... And then of course Scott and I hung out and talked and laughed at the nonsense videos on MTV2 during the Hip Hop countdown. (Are they for real with some of that shit?...) The we sat around and went through my CD collections, playing disc after disc, AND we took pictures.

I'm already being told we have to do a Dynamic Duos set. When that happens, I'll let you know, because Scott's already down for it.

My window a/c unti that I was SO fucking happy to find ended up leaking ALL OVER the damn place today. It got a lot of condensation or some ice into, and it was being leaked all over the corner of the computer room all day long. My carpet and padding are fucking SOAKED. I have to dry it out quick before it gets mildewy. Yeah I can't wait to move the metal file cabinet and find rust marks, and rearrange, to lift the carpet and stick a fan under there.... ugh... reminds me of the good old days working at ServiceMaster (or, ServiceBastards, as we all so lovingly refer to it...)

SOOOOOO, oh yeah, a new BAND is also being added to my favorites... Cursive. They fucking rule. I need to listen to it more to really pick out why I love it so much, but it has a dark feeling to it, the cello in their songs kick ass, and the fact that it's all about how he was cheating on his wife the whole time he was on the road... and you get to "hear" the girl's thoughts in his lyrics... it's really hot stuff, I love it very much.

Oh yeah MAD PROPS to my grrrl, Amethystula, for sending me those Steve Madden shoes!! It was like Christmas when I came home today and saw the box on my front step!! Made my day. They're really really cute, and I'll have to do some pics in them just for you!!! x's 1,000 for Amethystula!!!

Now I get to figure out who I can borrow a window a/c unit from so I don't suffocate to death tonight while I sleep in this oven of a house. Well, so me and Scott don't suffocate hanging out either. More pictures to come, I'm absolutely positive.
