I just got back into competetive poetry (slam and stuff like that) in the last month. I have a lot of performance pieces but nothing newer than about two years old.

I'm working on a new performance poem, working title is "Climbing Fucking Mount Fuji", it's gonna be one of my dead people poems.

Might post it here. At least an early draft.

I used to write a lot...and now i have started again and its hard...i used to write sestinas all the time but it has been months since i wrote one. i wrote them so much that they became the only form of poetry that i feel comfortable writing in.

I would like to see your poem posted here even if it is an early draft.

man, its so hard to get back into it for me though, i hope its not as hard for you.

I write every day. In fact I will have a story available very soon, that may or may not have the assistance of an SG...but that's a secret for now..

Give yourself a space to write...and write (not just stare at the page) for ...say...15 minutes. Do that every day. You will find the time expanding.
