Saw this the other day, I thought it was funny.
Anti-Leeds Fest(ish)
So I came up with the idea of having a bit of a get together with my pals who weren't going to Leeds Fest' since I somehow managed to get the bankholiday weekend off
shocking I know. There were originally going to be 4 or 5 of us but due to the usual girlfriend related trauma it turned out to be just me and my friend Jonny. Not wanting to let something so trivial spoil the night, we set off for t'Fenton which is now officially one of my favourite drinking holes ( you paying attention Mistress Paine). We got in the place got a pint and I started piling money in t'jukebox much to my friend Jonny's confusion 'til he realised the jukebox in The Fenton is the best jukebox in the history of jukeboxes. I lined up about an hours worth of music Fear Factory, Mastodon, MachineHead, Sepultura, Marilyn Manson, System Of A Down, Iron Maiden, Pearl Jam, Ministry, Rage Against The Machine, A.F.I. & Killing Joke to name a few. Just after this a group of pissheads came in, who were friendly pissheads I have to say. One of whom Pisshead 2 let's say started piling money in the jukebox whilst his mate was talking to us about all sorts of random shit. After a while Pisshead number 2 couldn't understand why his music hadn't come on yet not knowing I had about another 10 songs left at this stage. In a brilliant display of pisshead logic he decided to turn the jukebox off at the mains 
so it went from us talking shit with MachineHeads rather excellent cover of "Battery" playing in the background to dead silence. Pisshead number 2 declares "it might work now!" after 5 or 10 minutes of Pisshead 1 saying "I don't know what his problem is mate?" and other such drunken statements the jukebox rebooted and started playing MachineHead's "Battery" again . At this point the undeniably foxy barmaid who had been evidently enjoying my musical selections promptly booted the Pissheads out. Whilst this was going on we got talking to some Obituary fan who had also been enjoying the music and wanted to know what was going on. About 10 minutes after they'd been booted out Pisshead 2's music came on and boy could you tell he was pissed that's the only thing to excuse the likes of Rhiana 
in my opinion anyways. All in all it was a top night out.
