Anyone got any tips for anger management?

So I am working on opening my own restaurant and the people that are getting paid to being doing some work are actually just acting a fool. Any suggestions on how to handle these leeches? I hate getting angry and hulking them.

I hope you all had a cool weekend, I know I did. The only shitty part about it was that a friend lost her car keys, something I used to think was almost impossible. It did involve huge amounts of alcohol though.
