So I am working on opening my own restaurant and the people that are getting paid to being doing some work are actually just acting a fool. Any suggestions on how to handle these leeches? I hate getting angry and hulking them.

LOL, I think I might just hit the gym in order to warm up the pimp arm. Seriously though, you try to help a person give em a hand and they grab the leg. fuck.
