Well, I may have fractured something in my foot. Whoopty shit. I can no longer work with beginners unless they are willing to get worked. I threw a rear kick probably 80 or 85% strength towards two thai pads. well the genius tha twas holding them instead of holding for a rear kick he held for another attack. By the time I realized this it was too late to pull away completely and BAAMM!!!! The top of my foot drove into the point of his elbow. Which resulted in me acting like it didn't hurt lol. I couldn't continue after about a minute and a hlf. I hadf to quit coincidentally that was teh end of our training for the night. Ryan rushed to get me some ice as my foot exploded with swelling. So for the past 2 nights I've been limping tryign to keep weight off of this thing so I can train Friday night. Sweeling is done but the pain is still there. I'll wrap it up and go light with myself. FUCK!!!
