What a day for training. On an empty stomach, was not the way to go. Vigorous footwork, pulverising heavy bag rounds, improvised padwork and then heavy sets of situps and pushups. For 2 hours straight. Jesus Christ! I was seconds from puking. I couldn't eat I was so drained. Yet it is this that gets me to raise the limit each time. I feel good now.
