My mom is doing VERY well with therapy. Her physical therapist is proud of her progress and even said that she should be the poster child for physical therapy!!! 
Of course, she is in pain and stiff, but she is really making leaps and bounds of progress.
So is the kitten. She is now able to jump on the bed.
It is getting down to the wire for politics here. I was MORE than appalled at this video.WTF?????

I am fed up with lots of things in my life. I am starting to make a bigger effort to make myself happier and get my life in order. I am trying to let go of my past and the hurt associated with it. That is easier said than done. I am a grudge-holder. My trust was broken long ago, and yet I still tried. But the really sad part is that nothing that I could ever do, even from the start, would have ever made any difference. I was the number 2 choice and I FELT it, but never really knew it. I almost feel as if I wasted my time and his. My time is more precious, as I am older and wanted to have a kid. I feel that I have been robbed of that chance, even though I know that I might have trouble having a baby. Oh well, I still have a little time to try if I find the right man that also wants a kid. And maybe, the world isn't ready for my spawn anyway.
I am STILL excited about seeing Megzilla and explodingboy and family!!!! SQUEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!! My birthday is the 6th and Megz is the 17th. We are having party weekend starting the 14th. There is also a block party in Dave's neighborhood. AND Megz wants to go to a strip club, so I am designated driver!!!!
I am still twitterpated. I am definitely smitten. What started off as a friendly flirtation months ago has grown into much more. I love to talk to him everyday and he doesn't seem to mind my dorkiness at all. He makes me smile when I just think of him. He makes me laugh. He cares about me when I am upset. Plus he is HAWT.
That is just icing on the cake for me. I think that he is wonderful on the inside, and that is what counts most in my book!
