Since I haven't taken the time to figure out if it's possible to reply to specific comments.. I'll answer you here.

I'm uber lazy when it comes to cooking. I try to do as little cooking as possible. And I've found that cooking is rather important to this diet. Which is so hard!!

Also, when I stop drinking beverages that contain caffeine for about a day.. I get terrible headaches. I know it's because I'm dependent on it.. but any advice on getting through that???
