I wanted to make this blog to talk about a bit about stretching while being at home :) do you stretch? If not, here is a motivation to do so.. wanna make it with me?
You know, stretching can be really sexy, for your own body and also to look at...
Rotate your hips, open your chest and keep it there, just breath and feel how everything goes soft and warm..
You can relax your mind while relaxing your body, and get that wet feeling of your muscles activating... yummm, just try it!
