Not sure I have much to blog about today but I don't like going 2 days without putting something down. It's Sunday, but I don't really care about football so I decided to hang with my mom. She's cool now that she's retired but we didn't always get along well. We watched "The King's Speech" which I knew was a good movie, but until I saw it I didn't know how good it would be, so I brought my laptop thinking I would be using it most of the time, but now here I am the movie is over and I've just turned it on.
Last night (as I would normally blog on a Saturday) I was watching a really bad performance of my beloved Toronto Maple Leafs as they lost to the Rangers, and got a text from a friend that needed some help painting her kitchen before she sells her house in Febuary.
Why not, I've always been a nice guy despite what I've been considering, and the fact that being single has more or less corrupted my soul of late. She's always been a good friend and I could use some good karma again.
It turned into a good night we painted the kitchen, and since I knew I wasn't getting any from her. I txt my regular booty call that was unbeknownst to be just down the street. While she was unavailible for sex, we were introduced by the woman I just helped paint the kitchen, so she cam over as they hadn't seen each other in some time.
It was good all around. Lots of wine for the ladies, and Crown & Coke for me. We sat talked and watched the sunrise, I haven't done that with anyone in ages, so double good karma for me. Got some friends together did something for someone else and did it all for unselfish reasons.
Yeah good night, hang out with my mom for the rest of the day now that I'm not blogging to all of you, then tomorrow back to work, and being an ass pushing the buttons of my moral dilemma.
