I have decided to take diet seriously (again)

Spent the day with my brother and friends watching races, drinking beer and eating prawns-oysters.
The sun was out. It was easy to smile. Especially when my 10mth old nephew seems to have a permanent grin on his face.

Today I was hungover but still managed a walk and a swim at Mahon Pool in the ocean. It was windy, grey and raining. Needless to say, I had the pool to myself. anyways, i backed makybe diva for $100 on the nose, was the first cup i've picked in a couple of years.. had the quinella too, didnt put anything on the trifecta though, in restrospect zazzman was an obvious 3rd placer, stupid front running horse..lol.. anyways i did well on the day, ended up about 400 up or there abouts..
today was oaks day, did alright in that too, picked up a couple of hundred there too.. might have to give saturday a miss as i dont wanna use all my punting luck up..lol...
anyways mr happiness, enjoy..
