Last week I had food poisoning. Ate some dodgy beef and noodles from a place in Maroubra. I dont think I have ever had FP b4. I hope I never do again. Four hours of spewing, fever and diarrhea. Very fucked up.
The after effects included the following: swollen glands, sore back, sore throat, mouth ulcers, burst blood vessel in my eye, headaches, zits and general lethargy.
One week later I am back to normal. Went to my herbalist for a treatment. Eating yoghurts, drinking juices and time in the ocean over the weekend has done the trick.
