this week i have been picking at scabs.
dwelling on past mistakes. people I have lost. opportunities missed.
feeling out of my depth at work and somewhat incompetant. not good for ones self esteem.
i have canker sores in my mouth from stress and overtraining
tonight i am staying in and watching Kill Bill 1. with prawns and pate. tomorrow night i will be getting drunk
this week i spoke to a new friend on the phone. she was nice. trouble is i can never tell when girls are interested, or just being friendly. perhaps this is partly why i am still single.
i should be doing a 10k race in the morning but i really dont feel like it .
