running is going well, raced for the first time in 6 mths yesterday. although 45mins for 10k is well below my best, it is good to be running properly again. this mornings 90min club run in light rain was good [ chatting with the delightful and very fit jennifer

Circle Jerks?!! Wow! I haven't heard them in awhile! I saw them with 7 Seconds some odd 15 years ago now - they were excellent (I managed to catch the Ramones too that year, with the Dickies
