today i was at a loose end. in the morning i felt a bit tense wondering what i was going to do today. its sunday - you have to do something , right? well , after spending some time considering various unpalatable options i made a momentous decision - 'i will do nothing'. having made the decision i had a great 90min run in the rain, did some stretching, watched terminator 3, went online and made some pasta. you know what: i had a great day. i feel relaxed.

Congrats on a day spent doing nothing! Sometimes those are the best days you can have...and I guess we should be thankful that our lives allow us to have those kind of days in the first place.
