In a curious combination of circumstances I went to both of Bowies concerts this weekend and luved every goddam minute of it. 27 songs each nite and a complete retrospective, there was not one weak moment in the 2 hours we spent together. am i gushing? who cares. bowie is sooo gushable.
special moment 1: bowie removes his jacket during 'cactus' and mimes that the jacket is the said dress from that song
special moment 2:encore that includes 5 years (acoustic) suffragette city and of course ziggy to close.wow. last time I saw bowie was in 83 during the serious moonlight tour and went to both of those too.
