Im injured and it sux. Im bad at setbacks. If I could do something better i would be better at dealing with setbacks. Turning positives into negatives and all that malarky. Lately i find myself constantly dwelling on negatives. Its really gotta stop. I mean for gods sake, surely at my age I have learnt to control my thoughts into more positive domains.
