wow, it's been a long time.
I've been busy lately working on stuff for the wearable art show, which will be held here on the 30th, in Nova Scotia. It's sure to be a good time, bring all your friends. I'll get drunk with you.

Spring is almost sprung, it's sunny out today, for the first time in ages. I still expect a few freak...

Fuck, am I ever bored. Dan got called in to work, so our plans for tonight are shot. I was hoping Hunter would be around and in the mood to walk to the gas station with me, but he went off to start a mural for some guy that owns a warehouse. So yeah, plan B, 'visit Dan and Eric and smoke cigarettes' has failed....

ok,
so once again I haven't been keeping up with my profile.
Quit my job not too long ago, with good reason ( one of my coworkers was let go for no reason at all and they went about it horribly). So now I sit around smoking pot with my roomates and trying to get some paintings on the go.
I have quite a few...

ok. so I am starting to go stir crazy. In the past two days we've had 95 cm of snow, and I haven't left the house except to visit the neighbours place to get drunk. (which was actually really fun, his name is brad and we watched a video of his first time sky diving and he tried to teach me to dance, I was...

Finally saw the return of the king, and I loved it. (I was a bit worried about seeing it in the theater cause I get kind of squeamish if I watch too much gore, but that really wasn't a problem.) It was so intense.

It's really cold here in Nova Scotia, I feel like it's slowing me down, I can't think of much else than...

Why do plants spread their roots throughout the fertile soil?
When you have to pull them out
The roots take that soil with them
And what's left behind is not so fertile as before.

fuckin' tired.

(note to self. really must commit to getting a new picture. I want colour.)

I got up at 8:30, stumbled around in the dark looking for clean clothes and trying to hurry so I wouldn't be late for work. When I had finally dressed and haphazardly applied some makeup, put on shoes etc, I realized, it was awfully dark for it to be...

I just hate waking up too early. but the early mornings is quite nice though... I really dislike the hours between 8-10 AM, people seems to be in a hurry at that time, and that stresses me out.

got promoted. Yay!

I will soon be managing the store all by myself. exciting. I hope I can do it. I'm worry and I am not confrontational, well, unless I'm home. Then I'm a real bitch.

Thought I was going to have to work a split shift today, only to have tasha call at 6:45 saying that holiday hours hadn't started and the store should...

thinking too much about clothes. I have money but I don't actually go buy clothes. I obsess about them, I check out girls chic outfits as much as I check them out. I read vogue magazine and I get too excited. I want to paint my face with speckles and spots and cut up my old tees to wear like armbands. I don't know what's...

Even I have obsessed over womens' clothes. There's nothing sexier. Perhaps you want to feel sexy? Perhaps all the nerdy work has made you feel... nerdy and you don't identify with that entirely? If you lived in Minneapolis, I'd pick you up and force you to buy a few things. Just because I need to fulfill my needs! wink

P.S. Thanks for posting!

we cleaned the appartment like crazy tonight, which I always find an exausting and, eventually, calming experience. There is something about cleaning and organising that instantly makes me depressed. At the same time, I love being in a room with that is minimalistic and uncluttered. so when I am finished it's wonderful. Getting to that point is the hard part.

Amy knew I was feeling...

It's the opposite for me. When I clean and organize, it's one of the only things that keeps me from getting depressed. I need to keep busy, otherwise I can get deeply, deeply depressed.

And I love rooms that are uncluttered and organized. My house is like that right now. Well... almost like that. I'm keeping busy with all of it.

Who's Dan? Your bf?
