ok, let's speak with the truth, I have never been good to do exercises, it is more ... I think I am a very sedentary person XD, but this confinement will drive me crazy, so look where this has taken me. Third week I lock up and exercise at home (I know I do terrible, but we are leaving) Oh damn # Covid19, I hate being locked up and with so much uncertainty !!! Please everyone to take care, hugs from Chile. (bad posture of my arm, I promise to correct it tomorrow)
