It's been over a week since I've updated. I'm not sure where the last week has gone. Overnight sleep study. New meds (happy pills for my unhappy brain chemistry). Watched some movies. Read Cormac McCarthy's new book The Road. New set from my friend Annika. More bad news from my friend Holdin. Go give her some love. She deserves it. Painting the dining room. I'm tired of painting. And work starts soon. This hasn't been a fulfilling summer. Sorry to be such a downer.

I loved the illustrations. I feel like one would have to have some sort of nerve to even think of putting illustrations in a book one should "take seriously". I loved it.
