Hello, whoever might stumble upon this. It may be humble, but it's my home, and you are welcome.

Don't know what I'm doing exactly - why I'm filling this in - as I don't for a moment imagine anyone is going to read it. It's early am, and my perceptions are feeling peculiar.

Wish I could remember what I typed into the search engine to get to this site. Most intriguing, it is. Perhaps, thinking about it, I don't really want to know at all. Och well. I'm here now, as they say.

In case anyone really cares, I live in Edinburgh up in bonny Scotland where I work with people with learning disabilities. Noble as it may sound, I'm actually thinking of jacking it in and taking up something more lucrative. Somebody talk me down!

Not that the devil is likely to be willing to pay me his shilling, as it's years now since I graduated and was able to walk into a career in law or something.

Shite! If anyone out there is looking to employ a barroom philosopher or professional miseryguts, I swear to you I am the best in my class.
