it's a pretty big fire
eerie perpetual twilight
ash raining from the sky
haven't seen the like since Mt St Helens
why on earth did they name it after a saint?!
drake:

llona:

I was watching one about string theory the other night.
i love the whole idea of string theory, it's fun to think about.

a day of planes and trains and here we are
ancient brick towers
historic, venerable, boring
squirrels and ladybugs thrive endlessly
crosswalk countdown
clove and blackjack gum
stores stop selling at 11:45 so get there early
can't phase the drunken mob takes to the streets
"Cubbies!"
smoking in bars
bowling in the campus cafe (?!)
cops on every corner coiled like jungle cats
a fender...

not sure what to tell you about the neck and shoulders, arnica and st. johns wort cream are good for tension used with massage.
What would you like to know about acupuncture? It's based on the theory of meridians in the body, sort of like energy lines. It works, as far as I can tell. Everyone I know that's done it has benefited from it. I don't know a whole lot about it.

oh man, sleep or food... that's a tough choice. i think i'd also choose food, because at least it can brighten a groggy, sleep-deprived day.

in my random comic collection is Athena Inc, lots of Tony Daniel, Tank Girl, Love & Rockets, Josh Simmons' Happy: Zirkus, a great many Image titles that i liked the looks of but never bothered to follow, and like, a million Archies. biggrin

it's one of these situations where they know each other and you don't know them. and as luck would have it...

"Hey you look alot like so-and-so"
"Oh wow! you're right!"
"You remind me of so-and-so too. Like the way you talk and stuff."

Everyone getting increasingly excited in a hurry to uncover something familiar. They start calling me "so-and-so". Some awful nickname that you...

There's a vietnamese restaurant I love that reminds me of the one you're talking about.

1. La Fonda Latina- awesome fish tacos, beautiful painted interior, cheap and filling. amazing margaritas and salsa
2. Nickiemotos- fab sushi joint that is kinda fancy. I like to get dressed up and go there for special occasions.
3. Patou- awesome awesome awesome french restaurant that is casual and also nice. I go there and die of love and deliciousness everytime.

Hey! its good to see you!

How was the weekend?
Oh, you met someone? At a party?
Well Ive been practicing this poker face for years
And youre not really my type anyhow
And youre obsessed with your appearance
And suddenly your passion just looks like a bad temper
And your distinctive nose a bit too distinctive
And you like...

hi....that reading sounds awesome. I would really love to travel to Europe someday and just wander around. I used to speak French...I was a little francophile when I was younger. I still understand a good bit and can speak some though I wouldn't embarass myself by trying to have a conversation in it.

I like to cook lots of things, I'm a pretty good cook. It's really fun for me to have people over and get stressed out and then make a really yum dinner and relax. Last night I made fish tacos and black beans and rice and homemade salsa and flan for dessert. It was good.
