There are a lot of things that drive me. I've started moving upwards in a couple of areas in my life and have started this wonderful trip of self-discovery. I am happy with where things are headed and aim to discover more and more of myself along the way.

Life has become pleasant in its routine, but I always like to shake things up to keep it from becoming too mundane.

I went to a friend's house tonight to watch fireworks and have a barbecue. I love how plans always present themselves no matter what. I'm happy I went. I needed some time to connect with more people, enjoy my life and the end of my weekend.

Then afterwards I went to a photoshoot myself. I needed to get out and shoot some pictures tonight downtown for some friends of mine at work. They are part of a promotions team for new music artists in NM. It was slower than hell and the bar shut down early. Probably because of the Holiday. But I met up with someone else who was very tired tonight. It was good to see him away from work.

I love to look at other people's lives when I visit their homes. It's interesting to see, and yet there is the same theme to everyone's life... we all try to keep on keeping on, ya know? I know that things are moving forward and I will get where I want to be, but... it will take time.
