I have migraine induced vertigo and it sucks. Does anyone else ever have vertigo? if so what helps you? I basically have to just lie down flat and stare at one thing. if I close my eyes I get really nauseous. Any tips or help would be appreciated since this has been going on for too long and I need some relief, thanks
