ok I did everything right for the chorizo mussels last night but sometimes one can't help what's inside the shell. it was like Natl Lampoons Christmas vacation turkey, the broth I made was just right, just spicy enough.
Loads of garlic,
shallots
Chorizo sausage, De skinned
Olive oil
Plum tomatoes
Thai chili peppers
Dried D'arbo chili peppers
Salt
Lemon juice
one bottle of Hoegarden
2 lbs of mussles cleaned and de bearded.
the broth was so spicy good but the mussels were so puny once they opened! damn we need a mussel x-ray machine at the seafood counter!
So I got tix as another B-day gift for Ant in advanced for this Friday night for War of the Worlds at the Imax stadium, but its not an Imax experience this time like Batman was, just a reg large screen.
SO getting ready for this Sunday's Shoot with TMronin, Steve Prue, you know he's the guy cranking out all the SG sets lately. well were Doing a SG set, finally getting some of my ideas out from the past but with a spin, of course I can't tell you all the details, but I can tell you that we are scoping out rolling hills with hay bales like in the Gateway brand for the theme. and he is bringing his Make up artist Girley, I have never had someone else do my Makeup. so this is a first, I feel so important!!!
Also having lunch today at Vietnam with another Photographer Scott Niebauer, www.peoplepix.com possible Fashion stuff.
I guess now that the rash is cooled down a bit I gotta run with this before it rears it's many heads again.
