So today I was forced to have my picture taken by an intern at work for the new look book witch is a company directory. I wanted to provide my own but instead they insisted they all be consistent with the white wall behind us, BLA you know I was fighting tooth and nail to not have them take it but rather me provide one of my own, since I have more than tons. Ok so it makes me sound snooty and high maintenance and spoiled brat like, but shit I make a hobby out of representing myself visually in photos, to have a crappy one taken of me for everyone in the company to find me. eh so I did it but tried to make it original. I made it so that it was a secret private joke between Ant and I, we work for the same company incase I haven't mentioned that a ton of times already as well. lets just say I had a prop that will make him smile.
went to the Standard Tap last night instead of dinner with Mom, we pushed it to tonight instead. nice to hang out on the deck and eat and hang out with some work friends. went home and took a shower still a little itchy and fell asleep to the Cuckoo, some foreign film, I'll have to get back to it tonight, nothing like reading subtitles to make you fall asleep. we watched it on my iBook I don't want a TV in the bedroom, I don't want to make a habit of always being in front of the TV, we watch enough TV as it is.
so leaving in 2 weeks for Chicago, I hear the best deep dish pizza is Ginos East or something like that, as far as I know the only thing I have to compare it to is UNO's. looking for good steak place too. Ant wants to take an architecture tour, witch is fine by me, as long as we get at least one day at the beach. ohh the pictures we will take, we are snap happy tourist.
Tomorrow night work has a fundraiser at a bowling alley in NJ. then I think we are taking the dogs to the shore, I hope they don't pee on his dads carpet but chances are they will. I'll try to get pix of the beans on the beach too!
craving of the day: I can't stop craving seafood: like lobster salad or cold crab cocktail.

uno pizza is not to be compared with independent pizzarias in chi-town. Pequads is my personal fav you should check it out. oh and if your gonna do an architecture tour, you might want to look in to doing the one from a boat i hear thats the way to do it.
