Back from the dermatologist, they said it was still Foliculitis, they gave me a cortisone shot in my ass! man I can't remember the last time I got an injection there, or let me clarify a syringe, lol they also put me on Prednisone, a steroid, great now my appetite is going to be bigger than usual, then they gave me a script for some cream to apply for the itching and swelling, told me not to take hot showers, DAMN I have been taking scolding hot showers and baths, it was the only thing that gave me relief, now I'm told it induces the swelling! they want me to come back next Friday same time, all in all i paid less than I do for more at the vet, my insurance was not accept4ed there but it only cost me $50 and that includes the pills and the shot, and the script and the visit! not bad at all.
I was up all last night itching, I'm not even sure I slept. we went to Denny's after the Dr.s I had the 2 egg platter and blubbery stuffed pancake, the food is not bad tasting but I know its bad for me.

so there was a mix up in dates between myself and my Ex, so he can't take them this weekend so we are not going to spend the night down the NJ shore, probably just drive down for the day tomorrow.

I ate Ellios Pizza last night and watched a Rental called Shadow of Fear, James Spader, it was stupid, don't bother!
I know Ellios is shitty pizza but when you know its consistently shitty and reminds you of roller-skating or ice rink pizza its not so bad, I actually enjoyed it! I have low standard taste streak in me that comes out once and while when I crave stuff like that, other things I consider to fall inline with those taste buds that I enjoy are, bologna and cheese with miracle whip, Gordon's fish sticks, Fluff and peanut butter, shake and bake pork chops, tang,hot dogs cut up over baked beans with mustard on top, stove top stuffing and I'm sure a few other items I grew up on.

today's craving: mind you I don't always fulfill the cravings its just what I could real go for at the moment - Pot stickers in a nice soy dipping sauce.crispy and chewy. but instead i just got a Wendys Spicy chix sandwich for lunch.
