I have never been abroad.. Very excited, really Excited.

Excellent!!! One of my co-workers is from the Netherlands, so let me know if you want me to ask her anything (of course, she'll be out of the office starting on Wed). It sounds like you've got everything under control, however. We'll expect lots and lots of photos!!
