A brand new day,
So yesterday event of my muscle spasm and very first Accupuncture.
i made the mistake of having a vietnamese coffee prior to my appointment.
She told me my heart was racing, could have been nerves and a good vigorous walk too.
i told her i had never been there, but firends of mine had. she said something about it being out of place or somthing. she put about 5 needes in my lower middle back, above my tail bone. and i laid there for about an hour in a very shabby room with 3 other bed things with all sorts of other noise, and the smell of rice and chix cooking, but i was realxed, then she put this heat lamp thing over the needles, but had no light, so a heating head thing, was the best part, i was ther an hour, then she gave me these herbal patches, like sports patches, that smell like tiger balm, very mentholish, they were really strong and tingly, felt really good, lasted about 8 hrs, then i put another on before bed, and i feel good as new today!
