No one is grumpier than me right now!
only due to my neighbor whom is like a fucked up version of Artsy Kathleen Turner whom is either bi polar and not taking meds, self medicates herself with liquor, or is just a fucking psycho coke head.
let me elaborate further ( bitch and whine ).
we have this woman in her early 40's whom lives in the loft next door to us. there are 3 lofts on each floor.
she is an " artist" and her man/ husband is there about 60% of the time. strange he is. peeks his head out the door when were leaving out of the loft then goes back in again?
She blast her BAD music often, her base use to be right up against our kitchen wall, yes the walls are thin, she's is aware of this as well, we complained about the music and yelling to the management office months ago. after we banged on the wall and she turned up the music more!
She then apologized to us in person. no harm done, she then apologized again, i said look we don't mind on the weekends but we work during the week, and after 11:30-12:00 we need to sleep. she promised me GIRL TO GIRL, whatever that means, that it would not happen again. Cool.
the very next night it happened again. WTF is she insane? or just ignorant, or on drugs.
we have not really complained to her or the office since. But last night from 1:30-7:45 am the music, yelling, and sing a longs were non stop, she never slept, not sure if she was working or what, but regardless, i was up tossing and turning the entire night with the pillow over my head, wishing for ear plugs. so 1st thing this morning i was on the phone to the management office, griping LOOK i have been up all night with 3B, she is intolerable, it's fucking rude, ignorant..................... they already sent her one notice. it clearly states in the lease agreements , no loud noise, not even door slamming is to go on after 10:30.
So i am dog tired to say the least. I'm sure after the talk to her she will come apologize again, but this time, i think i will be like, Are you serious!
I'm on page 3 of the Frankie Book, since it's so quiet at work, i can work on it here.
Ant also had moo cards ( mini biz cards from Flickr ) and another small apple book made of my 2nd edition of illustrations.

the frustration of noisy neighbors will NEVER cease in my opinion. i have come to grips with the fact that 98% of people are insane and have no consideration for others. right now i have the most wonderful downstairs neighbor - a little old lady who never makes any noise whatsoever, and i'm having to move because of location from work. i KNOW that my new neighbors will be nightmares. i've been blessed for a year, so now it's time to pay my dues to the rental gods. BLAHHHHHH!
