WTF is up with the new format of our profile, it is so not an improvement.

We saw the Vienna Choir boys perform Saturday at the Kimmle center, they added a New routine to the holiday performance,
they came out for one song in lederhosen, how the hell do you spell that anyway. anyway they were not only cute as hell, but a Pedophiles wet dream, lol
then we went to my fav Hawaiian fusion restraunt to fill up on appetizers and drinks and desserts.
they had this one complimentary item, Lobster Dim sum
A little lobster tail meat in a buttery broth wrapped in the most delicate pot sticker wrap.

So i have decided on a Christmas Menu, and i realize I will be cooking for 2 days straight.
I ordered my ham yesterday from the gourmet Chefs Market.
here is my menu.

all will be homemade of course.

Holiday Sangria
Spiced nuts
Deviled eggs

Black pepper, clove mustard smoked Ham with a Pineapple mango cherry relish.
Twice baked double stuffed cheddar jack bacon potatoes, with fresh chive of course.
Asparagus, just buttered.
Boston Bibb Leaf salad with dried cherries, goat cheese and pecans with a lemon vinaigrette

Orange yogurt cake ( Martha Stewarts December Issues Recipe ) with Chocolate gelato.

perhaps some store bought eggnog

I think we are going to dinner tonight after work.
