this is Igby,
and we are lying outside of a ride at Epcot called Mission Space. in which i had the worst experience ever.
and yes he is a character from from Shrek II.
back to the ride. Yes we smoked on most of the trip to make it more interesting , and oh it was.
anywhoo, we see all these warnings/ disclaimers before the ride about heart conditions and what not, of course we ignore them because all the rides have such disclaimers. Mind you there is G force involved in this ride, and i am not a huge ride goer. neither is Ant. it's one of the things we do agree on.
WE get on it's very claustrophobic, even to someone whom does not have claustrophobia, there are barf bags on the ride, this makes me nervous, it's too late to turn back now. you can't see what the ride does. it's in a building and a huge mystery.
anyhow it simulates a space craft take off and mission, very real might i add, they do an excellent job at this, so much so i had to talk to myself the complete ride or i would have wigged out and lost it mentally. Ant kept checking on me when he heard me talking myself down, reminding myself out loud that it was just a ride and everything was going to be ok.
well i got off and i was so shaken up, it had knocked my equilibrium off, and i got all pale and clammy and had to lay down as you can see here.
when i got home i had heard stories of how this is the ride that a 4-5 year old child died on due to some heart conditions.
so I didn't get a chance to go to the movies last night, we are def going tonight.
last night i spotted that mouse again!
also i saw the best show ever, It's called Nightmares and Dreamscapes http://www.tnt.tv/title/?oid=612966 , stories by Stephen King, on TNT this was the one called Battleground where a hit man kills a toy company big wig, and gets a mysterious package in the mail, it was a bunch of little army men in a box, that came alive and bombed the shit out of this man, who was William Hurt-
look up the listing and schedule, I swear it was done fantastic.
