Had dinner with my mom last night, and ok i have had my fill of that damn Shrimp Avocado salad!
then went for Coffee drinks, i had a Mexican Mocha, it's just a Espresso/ Cappuccino with chocolate, Cinnamon, and Cayenne pepper! whoo hoo!
Heading down the NJ shore tomorrow to Ants Dad's B -day Dinner, I am making The Hoegarden /Chorizo Mussels, and Asian grilled chicken, rice and sauted baby bok choy, and for dessert perhaps Bananas Fosters.
BTW I will Be selling Copies of my book of Illustrations here soon, i am currently working on the 2nd one now, they will be most likely be about 8 .5 X 11 for $25 or 6X8 for $15. thanks to the brilliant idea of soix
