ok this weekend all i did was Eat again, but this time i cooked,
2 separate brunches for Sat & Sun ,
Sat: Orange Challa French toast with orange maple syrup with gran marnier. and almond slivers, maple sausage, home fries, eggs with shallots, mushrooms and cheese. Orange Dulce Tea. fresh squeezed orange juice
Sun. Challa French toast slathered in Irish Butter,t with fresh Blueberry reduction maple syrup... man this was so damn good.
Jalapeo and cheddar potato pancakes, Eggs, Maple sausage.

change in plan for the LP shoot, new direction same flavor.. Oh well saves me a shit load of work.
Going to the shore this weekend and i am being put to work again, need to cook my Hoegarden chorizo mussels for a b-day party of 8.
