Let me just start by saying my 3 day weekend trip to Boston has to be told in 3 parts, Since there is so much good and bad.

Day 1.

AIRTRAN. first big mistake.
Flight was OK, NO frills what do you expect from the Value Jet, at least I'm alive. not a bad flight going.
Checked in to a B&B in the city 2 blocks from one of my old neighborhoods. it was fabulous, Run by a gay couple whom owned a Italian Greyhound, Right up my alley.
Scooted over to Stephanie's on Newbury street for Lobster Rolls, this is A giant sandwich made of Lobster salad plopped on a buttered/toasted brioche roll accompanied by a white chocolate martini.

Dropped in for a random walk in Haircut for Ant, I wanted him to look his best at my reunion and he was due for a cut.
After I brought a really cute teddy bear hat which you will see pics later you will agree it's the cutest hat ever created for my head.
Got back to the B&B chatted with one of the keepers while the dog snuggled up to me.
Got all dolled up, called a taxi...
taxi driver is Haitian, speaks little English, pulls out a map while the meter is on.
Ok I'm already late for this reunion that is supposed to be like 25 mins outside the city. and I'm starting to get annoyed at the driver and we haven't even left yet.
I tell him to turn the meter off I am not paying for him to find his way. then he tells me that it is estimated at $50 flat rate. I say NO IT IS NOT its' $30 and just turn the meter on and we will see. he gets off at the wrong exit and has to get back on the highway. we find it when the meter says $48.00, prob would have been $30 had he not gotten lost , and stalled at like 3 lights to read his map again.

OK so we get there, check my hair all is nice, we walk in, and we are already like 2 hours late, but they seem to be running late anyway, we somehow manage not to pay and just slip in. that saves me $90. most of the teachers are drunk by this time, now remember it's a small school, only a 100 person graduating class, so its all classes from 1970-1996. and there was only a small amount my friends there, but I got to see some teachers I missed so I was happy, then as I am getting bored this one girl says hi to me, and I ask who she is there with, and she say's UNA mind you UNA use to talk shit behind my back about my hair and the wig I had to wear in HS, she was a catty Italian bitch, She got to go to the college that I was accepted to but somehow my financial aid got all screwed up so I never got to go to college. there was no love lost there, so I tried to walk in the opposite direction, YES it's 15years later but I have a hard time being phony, or acting like I am pleased to see someone I am not. so Ant and I are cuddled up in a corner in the lobby and she comes over and says hello, No I don't know what dick she had in her mouth but when she talked she sounded like Mary Jo Buttafuco. and I asked what she had been doing, she muttered something about selling makeup, and being with the same guy for 10years. and I spoke clearly back in reply saying OH I am a model now and I live in Philadelphia, With NO kids. then we got up and walked away, so I felt vindicated, the one bitch that was an asshole to me felt small for once at my hands. Don't you love Karma!

so we go back to the B&B and the cab was exactly $30!
slept like a babies!
