i went to the gym tonight for the 1st time in 3 weeks due to being ill.
I was running on the treadmill and noticed my heart rate got up to 218b/p/m
"Fuck me that's high"
I freaked! I spoke to gut who was in charge and he said it was way to high. But i felt fine.
What does this all mean? I'm off to the doctor!
I don't want to keel over with a heart attack. I'm way to young for that shit. but i am worried

I agree it could just be a problem with the machine..I've had that happen to me before also...Thank you for the welcome to SGMC. I try to have a fun time..whether that backfires on me or not depends on the situation....
