So this was a pretty decent weekend i think. I met up with Kate (the Notre Dame grad) at Market Square. She came up to me and spotted me first (she didn't know i was going to be there, but i kknew she was so i went with my friends who were going down there) and we started talking.
Getting to know more of her was a great. Found out she sails and she's really funny and loves football! Tottally way sweet peepz! I bought her a Primantis sandwhich (best sandwhich ever for all you peepz who aren't familiar with it) and we had some drinks. Now i just have to find a time to take her out.
Gosh her smile is amazing! One to tug at my heart strings ya know. I think i'm falling for her, but i don't want to get too excited or set myself up for disapointment.
Oh, and finally after two years of working at Starbucks, my fantasy came true tonight. The power went out and we had to close the store early! It was great....except that we had to do things virtually in the dark. But still...we got to close early. Woohoo! On a side note, if you pull up to a store and notice there's no lights on and nobody looking like they're doing work or anything...would you stare at the store for a few minutes and come to the inevitable conclusion that: "This store is probably open"? And they procede to enter? No? Neither, would I but probably 10 or so did today over the one hour period from the time the power went out to the time i went home.
