I am up for a gasp of air before it is time to go back on my head for another rotation. The good news, though, is that the unit coming in November cancelled. Hope it stays that way.
I also hope your immune system takes care 'o business. Looks like it is doing a bang-up job so far. Mine is almost done with the octopus bite. Can we look forward to any suppuration or scarring?

My opportunities for Risk for the next three months: limited. My fun Army life: 16 hour days at work for the next 15 days. Then one day off. (My plan? Sleep.) Then four 10 hour days. Then four days off. Follow this with five half-days (12 hours); rinse, and repeat until the middle of December.
There is one extra week off in early November. These are called "white weeks," in yet another example of the man's insidious influence. It would be cool if I could get out to the coast sometime soon, though.
Anyway, are you going to be moving to L.A. this summer as well? I hear all the cool kids are doing it.
