Almost lost an eye the other day.
My friend and I thought it would be a good idea to fence without masks. So I got a sword right below my eye and I have a huge cut now and a black eye. They have rubber tips on the end but it was a pretty stupid idea.
Appearently the eye makes me look tough...but when I tell people it was from fencing it think it takes the edge off a bit. I mean...I have a black eye because of a sport that is normally associated with tights and the French. *shrugs*
