Yesterday I bought my first coffee maker. It's been twenty-eight years after my debut on this planet, and I have just now developed enough of a liking for coffee to justify buying a coffee maker. I almost feel like a real writer now, except I'm not an alcoholic and I'm trying to quit smoking. But at least I'll have that coffee addiction going for me.
Went to the Pixies show Sunday night. It was, as expected, pretty damn awesome. I would've enjoyed it more except I didn't recognize half the songs (I've only heard Surfer Rosa and Bossanova--must fill out my CD collection soon) and I was in a generally pissy mood because I spent all day dealing with internet trolls (must get a life soon). hey man ... Im the guy with the comic book that you left a pretty decent review of. You said something about the story sounding promising... so I thought you might like to know that I put up a little bit of a teaser/tester for the first part of the story.. just a few quotes to pirk interest and a new drawing that I am proud of but can pick apart all the many flaws of it. but yeah I came here to say thanks for the nice review and I like that you said "not professional quality yet" makes it sound like I could acctually get there.
