You have no idea how happy I am its Friday, I need to get some sleep and quality slacking time. Now I only have to complete the 1000 things I have to do today in addition to what I think is an insane amount of meetings and then I shall relax. I love computers, I can't always say the same about end users.

hahahaha.... too true. i feel for you - anyone who has to deal with tech support has my greatest sympathies. Hope you get a chance to relax this weekend.
