Nothing like sitting around on a day off and doing nothing but watching King of the Hill for absolutely nothing better to do.
In a week I will be in school for my promotion. I finally get a pay raise!.... Hank Hill just opened a beer and now I suddenly want one. Too bad I don't have any... Tomorrow I volunteered to work at a grocery store because it'll give me something to do. I can't wait to get my life reestablished here.

I also need to do something about my bills. I spent half my months paycheck on my bills. That's an all time high! I'm becoming the typical American and slowly starting to live outside my means. That's another thing I can start working on tomorrow.
I do, however, work out everyday now and physically, I'm feeling great! I've started back on more of a crossfit routine instead of lifting routine. It's a lot more fun and I feel like I get more than mass. I work on my endurance, strength, flexibility, etc. Yesterdays workout was...

Barbell Deadlift to sprawl outs
Full kettlebell swings
Figure eights (kettlebells)
Explosive pushups to standing
Double Unders
RB Rotations
Part II (4 sets/20 sec. each)
Medicine Ball Slams (16 lbs)
Mountain Climbers
Medicine Ball Pushups
Medicine Ball Up/Downs (16 lbs)
It wasn't a hard workout but it definitely got my heart rate up and did give me a good workout. I'm looking forward to tomorrows (which will be much harder!).
