I cant explain what I feel anymore....I dont like it...I lid in bed last night wondering where I went wrong and why me...?....I have to find my esteem again...my soul is dying and I cant let that happen...I know I need to do something soon...before I lose my mind.

I hope you are not being lied to. As for your state of mind, I sometimes need to sit in a room looking out into the daylight and take a yoga like cleansing. I clean my mind of all thought, all bad thought out, all good thought and love in.
